As part of the SMDC Cancer Center team, this position will serve Ashland, Hayward and Spooner. The SMDC Cancer Center, based in Duluth, offers
Specialty & subspecialty services including Medical Hematology/Oncology, Pediatric Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Oncologic Surgery, & Palliative Care
Designation as a CCOP site with NCCTG, NSABP, ECOG, SWOG affiliations and approximately 100 open trials, research interests are supported by highly experienced clinical trials staff including research RNs & clinical research assistants.
A thriving intellectual environment, with multiple tumor board and other multidisciplinary conferences.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Covers growing practice in Ashland, Hayward and Spooner
- Join Hem/Onc team of 13 providers using interdisciplinary approach -drawing on experts from other medical specialties to develop a treatment plan tailored for your patients' individual needs
- Consultative call only
- Average 12 - 14 follow up visits and 1-2 new patients per day
- EPIC electronic medical record

- Located on beautiful Lake Superior- 70 miles to Ashland, Hayward, Spooner
