PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Weekend hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM with no new patients after 5:00 PM
- Established, 20-member hospitalist program at St. Mary's Medical Center and Miller Dwan Medical Center located on the same campus and connected via skywalk system.
- St. Mary's Medical Center is a 330-bed tertiary care hospital; Level II Trauma Center
- 15 patient contacts per day (includes admission, rounding and discharge)
- Satisfying balance of attending and consultative responsibilities
- Friendly, collegial environment
REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine
LOCATION
- Located on beautiful Lake Superior 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Duluth population: 86,000; Regional service area: 460,000
SALARY
- Salary - $90/hour.
- Mileage from your residence to St. Mary's Medical Center as well as the reasonable cost of hotel accommodations when your work requires an overnight stay.
