Duluth Clinic-Virginia

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine
• Call is optional ;  can use hospitalist
• Average 14 patients seen per day
• New state-of-the-art clinic overlooking a golf course.
• 26 physician multi-specialty clinic includes; Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Medical Orthopaedics, Pathology, Pediatrics, General Surgery, and numerous visiting specialties
• Full-service clinic including stress testing, treadmills, on-site pharmacy and optical shop , physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain clinic, heart center, warfarin clinic
• Admit to Virginia Regional Medical Center a 83 -bed facility, adjacent to the clinic

Duluth Clinic-Aurora

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine
• No call.
• Office practice is 4.5 days per week.
• Nursing home patient rounding required.
• Single-specialty group consists of two family practice physicians
• Admit to White Community Hospital , a 16-bed facility attached to a 69-bed nursing home.

Duluth Clinic-Hayward

• BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician
• Patient volume: 16-18 per day in the clinic
• In/Out patient practice
• Call schedule is approx. 1:12 on weekdays and weekends. FP backup call for OB and Peds patients.
• Clinic has 7 FP, 1 GS, 1 PA, & 3 NPs
• Admit to adjacent Hayward Area Memorial Hospital: 42 beds new Med. Surg. Unit, 24/hour ER coverage
• Support staff includes lab, radiology, cardiac rehab, stress testing, physical therapy, echo cardiology, diabetic educator, warfarin clinic.
• EPIC electronic medical records and PACS Radiology, supported by outreach specialists

Duluth Clinic-Hibbing

• BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians
• Call 1:4.  Call is shared with other IM physicians in the community
• Flexible practice structure
• Experienced, progressive, well-respected multispecialty physician group including 10 family practice physicians, two general surgeons, one orthopeadist, one pediatrician, one Urgent Care physician, one psychotherapist, one physician’s assistant as well as Physical Therapy and numerous visiting specialties
• Full-service clinic including stress testing, treadmills and cardiac outreach
• Smaller town environment with support of a large health system
• Admit to Fairview University Medical Center-Mesabi, a 175-bed facility adjacent to Clinic

Duluth Clinic - Duluth (Elder Care)

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine with extensive Geriatric training/experience
• Well-balanced, diverse practice with various levels of activity in a variety of settings (clinic, hospital, long-term care, post acute and assisted living)
• Flexibility
• Opportunity to shape the Elder Care Program in growing market
• 1:7 call (phone)
• Practice supported by large NP staff, RN care coordinators, physician partners
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
